1. Introduction

This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

２. Disclaimer

1. The App is provided “as is” and without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security.
2. The App developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. The App developer shall also not be liable for any problems such as malfunctions or unavailability of the App.

3. Termination or Suspension of App Service

1. The App provider (hereinafter referred to as “us”) may terminate or suspend all or part of the App without prior notice to the user if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:
   1. When it is necessary to perform maintenance or updates on the computer system related to the App
   2. When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
   3. When the computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident
   4. Other cases where we determine that it is difficult to provide the App
2. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by users or third parties as a result of the termination or suspension of the App.

4. Changes to App Content

We may change, add, or delete the content of the App without prior notice to users, and users agree to this.

5. Changes to Terms of Use

We may change these Terms without the individual consent of the user.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and other rights belong to us or to the third party that owns the rights.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the App, the courts of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
